This is just a small taste of what’s to come next week. We got a huge shipment of Hundred gear rolling in for winter. Stay tuned!!!
As some of you may have known, we closed our doors at the shop last Sunday and showcased our collection at “Sunday In The Valley”, an exclusive shopping experience and charity event held at The Palms Ballroom. Me, Neva and Kenny hung out, had a couple brews, networked with a bunch of people, sold a ton of jackets and flannels (flannels were hot hot hot!!!), and helped raise over $10,000 for The NSPCA (Nevada Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals). Congratulations to Bree aka DJ 88 on organizing a great event for the Las Vegas community…LA HIEM!!!
Early this morning, in promotions for the “Sunday In The Valley” event @ The Palms this weekend, our friend Bree aka DJ 88 appeared on FOX NEWS Las Vegas Morning Show. She showcased a few local designers and boutiques (like KNYEW!!!) who are involved with event. Big shout to our boy A.C. who modeled our KNYEW tee with the new 10 Deep elmwood “Regatta Jacket”. Check out the segment below…
“SUNDAY IN THE VALLEY” was created in Los Angeles as a high end, invitation only, shopping event and silent auction where invited guests could spend an afternoon of premium shopping, cocktails, and networking. It’s now being sponsored here here in Las Vegas by 944 Magazine for the very first time at The Palms Hotel & Casino and will take place on Sunday October 26th, 2008 from 12pm to 6pm. Aside the incredible shopping, fabulous energy, and chic atmosphere of this event, the underlined goal is to raise awareness for a chosen animal rescue organization every year. For this event, a silent auction will be organized where 100% of the proceeds will benefit the NSPCA (Nevada Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals).
KNYEW will be one of the many businesses and designers showcasing select brands and clothing from our boutique for the event as well as donating a gift basket worth over $500 for the silent auction. I’d like to personally thank Bree aka DJ 88 for involving us with this event and we’re proud to be a part of something so unique and uplifting for the Las Vegas community. Please support this cause and come thru on Sunday, Oct.26th 2008. There will be a $20 admission for all guests and we look forward to seeing you all there.
