Surfing In The Whale’s Vagina

Every month I fly out to San Diego (aka The Whale’s Vagina) for a weekend where I spin at STINGAREE Nightclub on Saturdays in Gaslamp & BAR WEST Lounge on Sundays in Pacific Beach. This past Sunday, I spent the afternoon with my boy Demien & took some flicks of him surfing in La Jolla Beach. Who would’ve thought a kid from Queens would’ve learned to surf on the beaches of Far Rockaway. Dee came from a family of New York Firefighters & made his way to SD from NY & opened of bunch of clubs/restaurants/lounges like SIDE BAR, STINGAREE & BAR WEST. Always good to see a fellow New Yorker come up doing big things while maintaining his roots & staying down to earth. We’re proud to have Demien be a part of the KNYEW Family…hang loose bra.
