Fuku Burger Goes Hollywood

Last Friday, Las Vegas’ famed Japanese-American burger slanging food truck, Fuku Burger, opened the doors to their new LA location in the heart of Hollywood  at 1634 N. Cahuenga. After only a year of notoriety, our boys Colin Fukunaga & Robert “Mags” Magsalin teamed up with Harry Morton (owner of Pink Taco, Viper Room & Beachers Madhouse) to launch the first of many Fuku Burger grub stations in Los Angeles. I flew down to LA to spin at the opening & support my fellow LV-City bredrens. Even Las Vegas’ own J.R. Aquino made the trip out west to show love & scarf down Buta-Burgers & sake bombs. The opening was wall to wall packed & even celebs like Jim Carrey pushed through the paparazzi outside for a quick Tamago Burger. From food truck to franchise, I couldn’t be more happy & proud for my boys Colin & Mags, whose also a new father to a beautiful baby girl (congrats Mags)!!!
