MIXTAPE MONDAYS: DJ Soul

This weeks entry for “Mixtape Mondays” is called “Time Traveling (Best of Common)” by none other then NYC’s Finest DJ Soul. A few years ago Okayplayer asked Soul to make this mix for a free bonus CD that was only available to fans who purchased Common’s “Finding Forever” album on their site. Unfortunately  Okayplayer never released this bonus CD & Soul‘s mix never saw the light of day. Fortunately, with Common’s upcoming “The Dreamer, The Believer” album dropping on December 20th, Soul felt like it was the perfect time to finally put out this mixtape.
