This Thursday, September 6th, the KNYEW Crew will be celebrating the birthday of co-owner & co-founder DJ Neva at Insert Coins in Downtown Las Vegas. When DJ Neva moved out to here from New York in 2003, he was one of the first DJ’s to hold a residency at Sin City’s first mega bottle service nightclub, Light in the Bellagio. Four years later, Neva & I put our savings together to open one the first streetwear boutiques in Las Vegas…KNYEW. With almost 10 years of DJ’ing in LV & KNYEW’s 5 Year Anniversary coming up in November, I couldn’t find a more appropriate time to celebrate the life, accomplishments & contributions of my good friend DJ Neva. We welcome all our Knyewtrons to come out on Thursday to Insert Coins and raise a glass to our boy Neva aka Black Panda aka Young Russell aka Neva Smalls. Crooked signing out!
