This week’s entry for “Mixtape Mondays” is called “Essential Dipset Mix” by Frank The Butcher and DJ 7L of the Blade Runners. Originally starting out as guest rappers on Camron’s “S.D.E.” album, Dipset wound up turning into one of New York City’s most powerful hip-hop crews. To celebrate the legacy of Harlems own Diplomats, Frank and 7L put together a compilation of Dipset’s best music since they came out on the scene in early 2000.
